The challenge
A large systems integrator was bidding into an air traffic management organisation and wanted to show, not just describe, how AI could help manage resource demand in a complex, high-volume operation.
What we did
- Worked client-side, as part of the integrator’s bid effort.
- Assessed where AI could genuinely help the buyer’s demand challenge, and where it could not.
- Prototyped demand forecasting on representative data.
- Built a demo-ready MVP the bid team could put in front of the buyer.
- Set clear go/no-go criteria for taking it further.
