The challenge
Large volumes of CVs were being scored by multiple evaluators, with inconsistent results and decisions that were hard to defend if challenged.
What we did
- Designed a single scoring schema shared by all evaluators.
- Built the evaluation system on the client’s own Azure and SharePoint platform.
- Added an audit trail for every scoring decision.
- Handed over code, configuration and know-how to the client team.
